It has been over two weeks since I received my defective items (brake lights for my jeep wrangler).
I called the 888 number and left three messages requesting a call back or the necessary information to get a full refund. It took twelve days to get a call return. The representative was totally clueless that I wanted to return these lights and all the steps I have taken to get these lights fixed.
For the past two weeks, I have emailed "customer support " and jumped through their hoops. I have submitted at least six videos. In the end, David would ask a question that should have been asked during the first two emails, or questions that would have answered if they would have watched the videos.
I have requested numerous times the information to return these lights and still nothing. David is very good with stall tactics!!
It is their hope that you will just go away.
100 percent satisfaction - Bull shit.
This is the worst purchase that I have made in a long time. Buyer beware!!
Please don't make the same misstake I did.
I am sure this company will not posy this review.
