Return Policy

Our products have 1 year warranty. Please feel free mailto:support@ledfactorymart.com if you have any issue. Please check the product and it's complete accessories as soon as you receive the package if you need to file for a return! Also note that in case of return any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. Remember, we can't return products to suppliers or re-sell them to other customers if you damage them when installing. We have a strict QC process which ensure that product being shipped are in perfect condition.


If you need to file for a return, please abide by the following instructions:

  • In case a defective, damaged and missing parts in your parcel is discovered, please contact us within 7 days after receiving your item. Otherwise we will not be liable.
  • In case a defect is discovered within the warranty period, we can replace the defective product, but customer is liable for shipping costs. 
  • In case of replace or return, items can be returned back or replaced within 7 days of receiving your item. The shipping cost will pay by customer.
  • In case of return, there is 10%-50% restocking fee will pay by customer. 
  • We will pay the return shipping only if the items is defective within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • Please provide a detailed explanation of the defect, aidedby images and/or a short video clip to ease the process.
  • For replacements, we need the defected product returned to our warehouse before we can ship out a fresh replacement. We will respond as soon as we receive the return and verify the malfunction.
  • An individual component or discrete LED cannot be returned if the housing has been opened.
  • Please contact our customer service via email or chat for return address.
  • Items to be returned should be packaged as they were originally received, also make sure that any other accessories or instruction etc should also be included.
  • It takes generally 7-15 days depending on your bank to receive the money after you return an item, please contact us if you still not received the refund after 15 days of your claim.
