Please check the product and it's accessories for quality as soon as you receive the package! Also note in case of a return that any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. Remember, we can't return products to suppliers or re-sell them to other customers if you damage them when installing.
If you need to file for a return, please abide by the following instructions:
- In case a defect is discovered, please contact us within 15 days after receiving your item.
- Please provide a detailed explanation of the defect, aided by images and/or a short video clip to ease the process.
- For replacements, we need the defected product returned to our warehouse before we can ship out a fresh replacement. We will respond as soon as we receive the return and verify the malfunction.
- An individual component or discrete LED cannot be returned if the housing has been opened.
- If the item itself has quality issues and you would want to return the parcel, LED Factory Mart will take care of the return shipping for you.
- For returns because of any personal cause, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
- Please contact our customer service via email or chat for return address.
- Items to be returned should be packaged who they were originally received, also make sure that any other accessories or included content should also be packaged.
- Return amount takes generally 7-15 days depending on your bank, please contact us if you still not received the refund after 15 days of your claim.
Also for the shipping cost of the return parcel, if it is our duty to be responsible for the shipping cost, we will refund to you with the original cost together via PayPal.
