Placing an Order:
Choose your desired product style (when available) and click "Add to Cart" or "Buy it Now" on the product page:

  • Add to Cart: This saves your selected item(s) in a virtual cart for immediate or future purchase. To review your cart's contents, click the cart icon 🛒 at the top right of any page. Here, you can adjust your items before proceeding to checkout.
  • Buy it Now: This button takes you straight to the checkout page.

Checkout Process:
Follow these steps to complete your order:

  • Information: Enter your email and a precise shipping address (note: phone numbers are not accepted, and P.O. Box addresses are not suitable for secure delivery).
  • Shipping: Choose your preferred shipping method. We're pleased to offer worldwide shipping, including FREE shipping to the United States, Australia, and others. For Canada, we provide a $40 Standard Shipping and an $80 Express Shipping option.
  • Payment: Complete your purchase with PayPal, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Affirm, or Klarna.

  1. Visit Our Homepage: Start by navigating to our homepage.
  2. Use the Vehicle Selector: Look for the “SEARCH BY YEAR MAKE MODEL” feature prominently displayed.
  3. Enter Your Vehicle’s Details: Fill in the year, make, and model of your vehicle. This ensures that you only see products compatible with your ride.
  4. Hit Search: After entering your vehicle’s information, click the search button to view all suitable products.
  5. Refine Your Search: To further narrow down your options, utilize the “Filters” feature. This allows you to select specific product types or categories that you’re interested in.

The discount code can be redeemed during checkout page, look for the Discount code field, enter one of your choices, and hit the “Apply” button, you’ll then see the cart value is updated accordingly.  

Discounts are either direct (prices are slashed) or coupon-based (you're given a discount code). In case of coupon-based discounts, you apply the code at checkout to get your discount.

Some discounts are limited to a single-use per customer so if you have used code in the past it might not work a second time. If you're having issues with a discount, please drop us a line and we'll take care of it for you.

Once your order is confirmed, we'll process and ship it from our warehouse within 48 hours. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen: Express shipping typically takes 3-7 working days, while Standard (Economic) shipping can take 8-20 working days. Our products are shipped from several global warehouses, including locations in the USA, Europe, and Hong Kong. For orders within the US, we typically ship from our Southern California warehouse to ensure quick delivery. However, on rare occasions, orders might be shipped from another warehouse due to stock shortages or quality control measures. For international orders, we select the warehouse that guarantees the fastest delivery time to your location.

Absolutely! We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout. Plus, we have discounts and promotions running throughout the year, so keep an eye out for exclusive deals.

The delivery time varies based on your location. We dispatch our products within 24-48 hours after your order is confirmed. Expect a delivery time of about 3-7 business days with Express shipping, and 8-20 business days with Standard shipping. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout. We partner with all the major shipping carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and various local courier services. During checkout, you'll have the option to choose your preferred delivery method.

Tracking your order is simple. Your order details will provide the tracking information. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and have different delivery dates and tracking details.

  • Here, you’ll find your order history and tracking updates for all ongoing orders.

For additional information, visit our Order Tracking page. If you're unable to locate your tracking info within 2 days of payment, please reach out to us for assistance.

If the shipment tracking says your package was delivered, but you can't find it at your address, don't worry. 99% of the time this is resolved easily by following the below steps:

  • Search all around your mailbox, porch, and door area. Also check around the side and back of the building (sometimes mail carriers place packages out of sight on a side or back porch area)
  • If you are in an apartment or condo area with an office, check with the office to see if your package was left there for you to pick-up.
  • Contact your local post office about the package. They can check with your mail carrier and find out exactly where he/she left it. (They also have GPS on their scanner and can sometimes access that info to see exactly where it was when it was scanned as delivered)

If you still can't locate the package after following the above steps, please contact us and let us know what you were told by your local post office. We'll help determine the best next step from there.

When you order a bundle that includes headlights, fog lights, taillights, and turn signal lights, the bundle SKU encompasses several individual SKUs. This is because each component of the bundle has its own unique SKU. Please ensure that you check the package contents thoroughly to verify that all products are included.
