Freight Price Difference

Asked for a warranty replacement of my raptor lights, two of them stoped working after a year. I paid the $10 for shipping, which in itself is a rip off, but then when I finally received the replacement it didn’t include all connections. I chose to order from another company and received all the parts. Unfortunately, will not be ordering from this company again.

After installation, the driverside light went out so I went through the warranty process and was supposed to receive a replacement. Then the Passenger side light went out and again I went through the warranty process. To this day I haven't received any replacements.

I ordered the wrong part for my jeep. I did not realize that there were "summer" doors with mirrors and without mirrors. I had already had the doors installed before I realized. Led Factory made a special invoice for just the mirrors and fixed my error in no time. Very happy with their response, customer service, speed of deliver.

They don’t even give you warranty!! My lights went out within 2 months. The raptor lights for Tacoma.

I asked for a remote for my 2013 jeep leds. They promptly sent me one with a module. 20 dollars. It turns out I have headlight and fog light halos. The remote won’t work on mine but it was what I asked for. My bad.
