fit my 2020 4runner no problem, just make sure you have the right grille cause there's two types. they look awesome once on. only thing is i couldn’t get the fuse box cover back on after wiring so i just tossed it in the glovebox lol. saw a couple vids on youtube that helped with the install, not too bad.
2023 4Runner. Bought white lights, which look great on the white 4Runner. Highly recommend.

No mods are required for fitment. The instructions and materials are intended to tap into a local wire or the main fuse box.
Great look had to do a little mod for each side lights cut the corners of LEDs for Trail grill.
