FAQ
Frequently Asked Question
What is the difference between RGB+W and standard RGB headlights? Why choose RGB+W?
Standard RGB lighting creates white by mixing red, green, and blue light. Our RGB+W headlights add dedicated white LEDs, delivering cleaner, more natural-looking white light while retaining vibrant color-changing effects. This means you can enjoy colorful customization without relying on RGB color mixing for white light.
Will these RGB headlights be brighter than my factory headlights?
Yes. Nighttime driving illumination comes from the low and high beams. Our headlights feature upgraded low and high beams that deliver brighter illumination than the factory headlights, giving you both enhanced nighttime lighting and customizable RGB styling.
Are RGB headlights street legal?
Street legality depends on the headlight assembly, the lighting mode in use, and local regulations. For public-road driving, use compliant white low and high beams, and keep RGB accent lighting off unless its use is expressly permitted by local law. Color-changing and decorative flashing modes are intended for off-road or show use only, where permitted.
How do I control the halo ring colors?
Use the Happy Lighting app to customize your halo rings. You can change colors, adjust brightness, choose from five RGB lighting modes, and sync the color changes to the beat of your music.
