I ordered both front and back doors for my Jeep. The back doors fit perfectly, but unfortunately, the front doors were manufactured incorrectly—the latch portion was positioned too low, making it impossible for the doors to latch properly.
I have now had an open support ticket for an entire month. During that time, I have sent numerous pictures and videos documenting the problem. Despite providing everything they have asked for, I have gotten nowhere.
Communication has been extremely frustrating. It can take three days just to receive a response to an email, and I was told they were checking with the manufacturing department. That has now been going on for two weeks with no resolution.
At this point, I am simply requesting a full refund. Unfortunately, I fully expect that process to require multiple follow-ups with “David” as well.
I understand that manufacturing issues can happen. What is unacceptable is the lack of communication, the extremely slow response times, and having to continually chase a company to resolve an issue with a product that was defective when I received it.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again, and I cannot recommend them to anyone else. A good product can be ruined by poor customer service, and unfortunately, that has been my experience here.
2026 4 dr Heritage Edition. Hooks dont attach to sides or rear. I was able to hook sides to fender extender. Using for dew and light rain overnight so I dont have to replace the hard top in good weather
2026 Heritage Edition with Sasquatch package. Bought to use at night with top off knowing thats not what its for. Figure dew, light rain it should work. Straps and hooks are a creative task. No place tp fit the hooks except fender extenders. Won't hook to running boards or back bumper

I loved them the first 3 years. But now (as soon as my warranty is up) the halos don't match each other in color. I know it's been 3.5 years but I thought they'd at least last a little bit longer for the price.
Causes codes showing bulbs are out.

Was kind of a disappointed the Big Bend didn't come with the halo led's like the other models have but these lights solved that problem. 100% plug & play. Just ignore the pigtail wire & download the app to control the halo color.

Happy with look, not happy with fit. Fitment of metal fixture doesnt allow for any adjustment. Had to use electrical tape as a barrier between painted surfaces and light fixture.
Awesome lights, wire harness is well built, easy to install. Clipped to yellow AUX switch, and mounted remote on the A pillar. Super bright, very good looking
Replaced the boring stock plastic inserts on my 21 rubicon. they sit completely flush against the fender, no weird gaps. if ur on the fence just get them. way cheaper than the other brands doing the exact same thing. the remote is a little cheap feeling but it does the job.
honestly i mostly bought these because i wanted an amber blinker on the side of the fender since people love hanging in my blind spot. the amber is bright even in direct sun. the RGB stuff is just a bonus for when the kids are in the truck. wire tap was simple enough.
The rear floor mat and the four pieces of protective mats for the rear seat backs fit perfectly and stay in place when I collapse or set up the rear seats. They also look very good in my 2024 Bronco four door equipped with Badlands and Sasquatch trim.
