Are these running boards or rock sliders?
They are individual access steps that attach to compatible rails. They do not replace a complete rail assembly. Do not use the steps as jacking or recovery points.
Can I remove the steps?
Yes. The steps use removable mounting hardware. Hand tools are shown in the installation photos; this is not a tool-free release system.
