I have paid for shipping already, but why do I need to pay TAX for the final delivery?

We checked that your order has been delivered to your address already. There is a tax cost if the order is shipped to Canada based on the tax policy in your country.

I have purchased the search work lights, but there are no batteries.

For security reasons, batteries or electrified products cannot be transported according to the International Transport Regulations.
It needs the 9V battery for the remote. Attached is the picture for your check. Please purchase them at the local store. Thanks for your understanding.

Neither of the lights can work, but my factory lights work normally.

Our products have passed the QC test before they are shipped, and we make sure they could work normally. Please test the plug via an electron probe. Check and confirm if there is power going through, or please connect them to the power directly. If they still don't work, please contact us and we could resend the replacement.
