If you looking to upgrade your grill after having the original one, this one was a great fit! Super easy to install. Just got my truck fixed up and thought to update some parts and the grill was one of them and I love the way it looks!
I custom made this grille for my 2007 Toyota Tacoma Sr5 Crew Cab and it looks awesome. It's a one of a kind skull shape! The matte black paint blends in perfectly with the silver body!
Everything fit nicely. The only con is the weather stripping for the gap between the hood and grill does not adhere to the plastic at all, had to purchase my own double sided tape as well. Will have to think of better option.
I would not recommend this grill. It appears decent, but the issue is that the grill does not have a mount on the bottom center like the OEM ine, and flexes as a result. Also, the worst part is the included weatherstrip that has no way at all to attach to the grill (this is lame).”; now water enters the engine compartment when driving in the rain, and creates a whistling sound since there’s no weather strip to seal out air/ water. It’s already installed so I don’t wanna waste any effort returning it. I would not recommend, as it appears to be a cheap Chinese knockoff like on Amazon where it’s a lot cheaper; I wish I woulda bought it there and saved like $100.00, and I wish I did not install this, as I have buyers remorse, and would like a refund but don’t wanna go through the hassle. You’ve been warned.
Definitely recommend this grill. Just got my 2010 Tacoma back today from the body shop from being repaired and repainted.
While it was there, I decided to have the outside trim of the grill painted to match the truck. Very very pleased with this product and highly recommend it.
