Not only does the grille look fantastic, (with the more open design) I noticed the engine coolant temp with this grille is running 10-15 degrees cooler than the old JK grille with the skinnier slots. I had the new grille painted before install; and also worth mentioning, you will need to get creative with where to install/relocate the front turn signals.
I needed to get more airflow through my 2012 JKU, which has a 5.7 Hemi engine swap. This grill offered the most airflow and seems to be good quality. When using it with a JKU, you will need to adjust the placement of the signal lights. I moved mine to the bumper, and it worked great.
