Look for a video thumbnail or play button. The video may also appear in the image gallery with a small video icon.

Select the play button to start the installation guide. Pause and rewind as needed so you can follow each step safely and correctly.

Take a screenshot of the product page and contact support@ledfactorymart.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue so the team can send a direct video link or further guidance.
