Magnetic LED Remote Control Spotlight with Battery & Reset

This is a perfect replacement for the expensive Jabsco searchlight my boat came with. Same footprint, with 4 mounting holes just like the original, so installation is straightforward. It works with the original one- or two-station Jabsco joystick controls. I just cut the wire at the spotlight and wired it pretty much wire-for-wire to the old cable. I didnt use the supplied controller. The thicker wires are for the light (high and low intensity are wired together just like the Jabsco light), and the 4 thin wires are for the actuators. Blue/yellow are the same for side-to-side rotation. For the other 2 control wires, just hook them up and check if it moves up/down correctlyreverse them if not. Im color-blind, so I cant tell you which way I connected them!

This light is bright and shine a long distance trust me on this it's worth every cent not to mention u can control it with remote

I liked that the base is magnetic and doesnt need to be permanently placed on top of my truck
Can remove it and placed on another car if needed
Has a regular light as soon as you plug it in and the blue accent light at the rear
The remote functions pretty well
Up down and side to side
Also has a rotating button so it can do a 360
Over all pretty good spot light

I only use this on top of my vehicle when I need to look into the fields or woods. It's incredibly bright, goes a good distance and stays in place. The controls are easy to use and understand. I really like that it's magnetic and can be removed as needed.

Pretty easy to throw up on the roof and use. Remote works well. Its brighter than i thought it be at this price point.
