WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY AND WARRANTY?

I ORDERED THE WRONG PARTS. I NEED AN EXCHANGE.

The parcel can be replaced within 30 days after receiving or being shipped out. The shipping cost and price difference will be paid by the customer if it's not the quality issue. More details, please see the return policy here: https://www.ledfactorymart.com/pages/returns-policy
If the items are not delivered, please contact us first to confirm if they can be returned back. We will help you to process the exchange after the price difference is paid and the parcel is returned back.
If the parcel can not be returned during the shipping, please sign up the parcel and contact us for return within 30 days. And we will help you to process the exchange.

I BOUGHT THE LIGHTS WHICH DON'T FIT MY VEHICLE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please don't worry about it. Our products can be replaced within 30 days. Please advise us of the complete name of your vehicle.
We will help you to exchange to the suitable one once confirmed. Please note: The shipping cost and price difference will be paid by the customer. For more details, please contact our customer service.

I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER. PLEASE REFUND THE MONEY.

All the orders can be canceled and refunded before shipping.
If the items haven't shipped out yet, please contact us for canceling the order. The refund will be issued within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
If the items are in transit, please confirm with our customer service first to check if they can be returned by the shipper. We will help you to cancel the order after all are confirmed. If the items can not be returned because they are in transit. Please sign up the parcel firstly and contact us to exchange or return them after receiving them.

THE LIGHTS CAN'T WORK. I WANT TO RETURN.

Our lights are with one year warranty. Our customer service will help you to process the replacement. They will be sent to you after all are confirmed. We will help you to arrange the replacement and send it to you. If you don't want the replacement anymore within 14 workdays after delivery, please contact us to run the refund process. HOW MANY ESTIMATED DAYS WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO GET HERE?

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouses within 48 hours upon confirmation. Delivery takes 3 to 10 working days normally via Express shipping.

WHERE ARE THE ITEMS SHIPPED FROM?

We hold multiple warehouses across the globe including the USA, Europe & Hong Kong. Domestic orders are always shipped from our So Cal, USA warehouse for the fastest delivery times but rare exceptions may occur based on quality control or stock shortage - because of which we may have to ship from a different warehouse.

International orders are shipped from any of our warehouses, whichever offers the fastest delivery time.

Apply For Return Or Exchange

Thanks for your support. Our products can be applied for return or exchange within 14 days after delivery. If you need to file for return or exchange. Please check the product and it's complete accessories as soon as you receive the package! Also note that in case of return any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. Please understand, the parcel cannot be returned if you damage them when installing. Meanwhile, all of our products have 1 year warranty. Please fill in the Warranty Registration File if your products have any quality issues.
