Order Status & Order Problem

How can I track my order?

You can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.

Please feel free to contact us if you can’t find the tracking information 2 days after the order is paid.

When will my order be shipped?

TRACKING SAYS "DELIVERED" BUT I CAN'T FIND MY PACKAGE.

If the shipment tracking says your package was delivered, but you can't find it at your address, don't worry. 99% of the time this is resolved easily by following the below steps:

  • Search all around your mailbox, porch, and door area. Also check around the side and back of the building (sometimes mail carriers place packages out of sight on a side or back porch area)
  • If you are in an apartment or condo area with an office, check with the office to see if your package was left there for you to pick-up.
  • Contact your local post office about the package. They can check with your mail carrier and find out exactly where he/she left it. (They also have GPS on their scanner and can sometimes access that info to see exactly where it was when it was scanned as delivered)

If you still can't locate the package after following the above steps, please contact us and let us know what you were told by your local post office. We'll help determine the best next step from there.

Why it only says the shipping label was created but can't see the shipping status updated? Have you shipped it out?

Yes, the parcel was shipped out when you get a tracking number. The large size products such as doors, and so on normally are shipped by sea. There is no tracking update while on the sea. The parcel will arrive at USA port within 15-20 days. The tracking details will be updated on-site in about 7-10 days and it will take about 3-5 days for delivery to your address once the parcel is delivered to the US port.

HOW MANY ESTIMATED DAYS WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO GET HERE?

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouses within 48 hours upon confirmation. Delivery takes 3 to 10 working days normally via Express shipping.

Where are the items shipped from?

We hold multiple warehouses across the globe including the USA, Europe & Hong Kong. Domestic orders are always shipped from our So Cal, USA warehouse for the fastest delivery times but rare exceptions may occur based on quality control or stock shortage - because of which we may have to ship from a different warehouse.

International orders are shipped from any of our warehouses, whichever offers the fastest delivery time.

I RECEIVED THE PARCEL, BUT THE PARCEL WAS NOT THE ONE THAT I ORDERED.

I'M MISSING A PRODUCT FROM MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

Thanks for your feedback and apologize for the inconvenience that caused. Please send us the picture to confirm it. The missed products will be sent immediately within 24 hours for free via the fast Express after all is confirmed. And sometimes the order might be shipped out separately because of the package size limited, please contact our customer service to confirm the details.

THE ITEM sku OF WHAT I HAVE RECEIVED IS DIFFERENT WITH THE ORDER, AM I RECEIVED THE WRONG ONE?

Thanks for your feedback. Some bundle which is included the headlight, fog light, taillight, and turn signal lights. Therefore, bundle SKU contains multiple single SKU. Please check if the product is complete in the package.
