Our products have 1-year warranty on orders before 2022. And 2-year warranty on orders from Jan. 2022. Please feel free mail to: support@ledfactorymart.com if you have any issues. Please check the product and it's complete accessories as soon as you receive the package if you need to file for a return! Also note that in case of return any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. Remember, the parcel cannot be returned if you damage them when installing. We have a strict QC process that ensures that product being shipped are in perfect condition.

If you need to file for a return, please abide by the following instructions:

• In case of replace or return, items can be returned back or replaced within 30 days of receiving your item. Please make sure the package is complete. The shipping cost will pay by customer. It needs to provide the return tracking number after the parcel return back.
• In case of return, there is 10%-50% restocking fee will pay by customer. It needs to provide the return tracking number after the parcel return back.
• In case a defective, damaged or missing part in your parcel is discovered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Otherwise, we will not be liable.
• We will pay for the return shipping only if the item is defective within 14 days of receiving your item.

• In case a defect is discovered within the warranty period, we can replace the defective product and free shipping with the postal packet, customer is liable for shipping costs for the express shipping if customers want to upgrade the shipping method. 
• Please provide a detailed explanation of the defect, aided by images and/or a short video clip to ease the process.

• For replacements, we need the defective product returned to our warehouse before we can ship out a fresh replacement. We will respond as soon as we receive the return and verify the malfunction.

• An individual component or discrete LED cannot be returned if the housing has been opened.

• Please contact our customer service via email or chat for return address.

• Items to be returned should be packaged as they were originally received, also make sure that any other accessories or instructions, etc should also be included.

• It takes generally 7-15 days depending on your bank to receive the money after you return an item, please contact us if you still have not received the refund after 15 days of your claim.

• If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us. 

Note: We guarantee that all of the items have been tested and make sure they work well before shipment.
If items do not work when received, please take some pictures or videos to prove the problems and contact us for a solution.
Please note that we are unable to provide any solution if customers do not send pictures or videos showing the problem, and we will take consideration to reject the return if so, we apologize for any inconvenience.
