Jeep has indeed celebrated the recent eclipse day by unveiling the 2024 Gladiator NightHawk. This special edition is a limited run of blackout-themed Gladiators, featuring cosmetic and capability enhancements.

“Today, many of us will witness a celestial marvel, and here, back on Earth, the Jeep brand is marking the occasion with the introduction of the 2024 Jeep Gladiator NightHawk,” Bill Peffer, senior vice president and head of Jeep brand North America, said.


“Built from the entry-level Sport model, the new NightHawk package adds both cosmetic and capability enhancements to the 2024 Jeep Gladiator Sport, including new, signature black exterior highlights, rugged all-terrain tires, and Dana 44 front and rear axles.”

It’s based on the entry-level Sport model and includes gloss black 20-inch wheels with all-terrain tires, Dana 44 front and rear axles, and a limited-slip rear end. Cosmetic upgrades include a body-colored hard top, rock rails, black bumper accents, painted fenders, and heated mirrors.


The NightHawk package is available exclusively with an automatic transmission and can be paired with a variety of colors. It’s priced at $5,295, bringing the total MSRP to $43,190. Jeep plans to build only 2,000 units for the U.S. and Canada, and ordering is open now.

The NightHawk package is only available on the 2024 Jeep Gladiator Sport. It will cost an additional $5,295.

Not only can you order a 2024 Jeep Gladiator Sport with the NighHawk package in Black, but you can also get it in all the current exterior colors on offer, with paint matched tops and fender flares. This includes Anvil (new for 2024), Firecracker Red, Granite Crystal, Silver Zynith, Hydro Blue, and Bright White.
