Return & Exchange
Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery. Please provide the complete year and model of your vehicle so our team can recommend suitable replacement products.
Orders can be cancelled and refunded before shipment. Once confirmed, the refund is issued within 24–48 hours.
If an order is already in transit, contact customer service first to check whether the carrier can return the package. If it cannot be returned in transit, please receive it first, then contact us to arrange a return or exchange.
Our LED lights carry a two-year warranty. If you discover a quality issue, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos or video. After confirmation, we will provide a free replacement or a return label for the defective item, including shipping related to the quality issue.
