Product Support

LED lights have a two-year warranty. Please send the details of the issue and a short video so our engineering team can confirm the problem. Once confirmed, support will arrange the correct replacement.

To help expedite a replacement request, please confirm which side is faulty and check all wire connections for looseness.

If possible, test the malfunctioning light with another adapter or anti-flicker harness. An electro probe can also verify whether the plug is receiving voltage and power. Please include a short video of the issue.

Please check that the connection wire is correct and secure. Then turn on the turn signal light: if it works normally, the control box may be faulty; if it does not, the headlight may be faulty.

Please confirm the result and provide a photo or video so we can review a replacement.

First determine whether the fogginess is condensation or a faulty lens. Condensation does not normally affect light operation. Open the vent hole on the back of the LED light for a few hours; after vapor disappears, close it again.

If it is not condensation, contact support with a product photo. Read more: Condensation or Water Ingress.

This may be caused by internal interference or an EMC compatibility issue on some vehicle models. Adding an anti-flicker resistor can help solve the problem. See the CANBUS wiring kit.

Locate the vertical adjustment screw, usually on the top or side of the headlight housing. Use a Phillips screwdriver or hex key: turn clockwise to raise the beam and counterclockwise to lower it. Some models also have a separate screw for horizontal alignment.
