One of the high/low beam was out. How do I get the replacement?

Our LED lights come with a 2-year warranty. To expedite your replacement request, please help us with these quick checks:

Which side is faulty: driver or passenger?

Check all wire connections for looseness?

Alternate Adapter and Anti-Flicker Harness Test: If possible, connect the malfunctioning LED light to another set of adapter wires and use an anti-flicker harness. This will help us ascertain if the issue lies with the light itself or the wiring.Electro Probe Test: If you have access to an electro probe, you can test the plug to verify if it's receiving proper voltage and power.

A short video of the issue will help us resolve this faster.

The ring doesn't work. How do I get the replacement?

Please check if the connection wire correctly or loose. If the wire connection is correct, please turn on the turn signal light. If the turn signal light could work normally, there is something wrong with the control box. If it still doesn't work normally, there is something wrong with the headlight.

Please confirm it first and attach the picture or video.

We could apply the replacement based on the pic or video.

My lights look foggy, what can I do?

Please check to see if the fogginess is due to condensation or if the lens itself is bad. Condensation does not cause a problem with the normal operation of the light.

IP ratings do not guarantee resistance as air is still trapped in the sealed assemblies, particles of which can still be condensed. For more details, please read more here. --> https://www.ledfactorymart.com/blogs/news/condensation-or-water-ingress

There is a venting hole in the back of LED lights. Please open it for a few hours. The water vapor can be excluded after a few hours of lighting. After the water vapor disappears, close the venting hole again. If the cause is not related to condensation, please drop up a line with a picture of the product and we will help you to apply the replacement.

After installing the headlights, the speakers make a rustling sound.

There is an interfering resource against the lights, it's the internal interference and EMC incompatibility problem for some models.

Could you please try to add the resistor? They will solve the problem.

How do I adjust the beam angle on these Headlights for my Jeep to ensure proper alignment?

To adjust the beam angle, locate the vertical adjustment screw (usually on the top or side of the headlight housing). Use a Phillips or hex key to turn the screw: clockwise to raise the beam or counterclockwise to lower it. For horizontal alignment, some models have a separate screw near the housing.
