LED Factory Mart provides a 24-month warranty for orders placed from January 2022 onward. LED items ordered before 2022 carry a one-year warranty.
When a quality issue is confirmed, we provide a replacement at no cost. For orders within three months of delivery, standard postal replacement shipping is covered. Express upgrades, or replacements requested more than three months after delivery, may require customer-paid shipping.
