What warranty coverage is available?
All LED Factory Mart products purchased from January 2022 onward include a 24-month warranty. Products purchased before January 2022 are covered by a one-year warranty.
What do I need for a warranty claim?
Please provide your order number, product details, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos. This helps our team review your request and provide the right solution faster.
Who pays shipping for warranty replacements?
For approved warranty replacements within the first three months after delivery, LED Factory Mart covers standard shipping costs.
After three months, or when expedited shipping is requested, the customer may be responsible for the applicable shipping cost.
