Overall great product!!
I laid my bike down so I purchased another pair from another company but ended up sending those back. So this is my 2nd pair from LED Factory. I would have given five stars but the customer service isn't that great. On the first pair, I purchased a contacted them and ask them for a delivery date. And they just kept telling me to be patient. Which I thought was very rude.
On this pair one of the locks didn't work. So they made me take a video to prove that they didn't work, which is fine. So then they said they would send some new keys. I'm like why are you sending keys I need locks. I told them this process is very exhausting. So they said they would give me 15% off. My next order, which everybody gets 15% off. So didn't make me feel very good.
I have received my locks and everything works good now.
Customer service isn't the worst, but isn't the best
