Important:
Make sure you provide us with your telephone number. The trucking company needs to call you for delivery appointment when the package arrives at your terminal.
All shipments must be inspected upon delivery even if the box looks undamaged from the outside. Do not sign until you inspect the package. Note any damages on the receipt with the presence of the truck driver when signing. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving. Make sure you refuse delivery if the item is damaged. We will need to file an insurance claim with the shipping company. Once it is signed for we are no longer liable for any damage that occurred in shipping. Failure to inspect and sign “DAMAGED” on arrival will forfeit your insurance claim. There is no exceptions to this.
