01 / FORM WITH A PURPOSE

Two projectors.
One unmistakable face.

The twin lenses, circular light signature and horizontal elements give the familiar Jeep headlight a more defined look. Black-and-chrome details add depth even when the lights are off.

01

A complete 9-inch assembly.

Projector optics, white DRL and amber turn indication are built into the headlight itself.

02

Designed around the light pattern.

The dual-projector layout supports focused low-beam illumination and a stronger high-beam field for open, dark roads.

Two projector lenses, a round DRL and black-and-chrome details in one 9-inch assembly.

02 / MAKE THE ROAD EASIER TO READ

See the lane.
Read what lies ahead.

For the drive home, an unlit back road or the route to camp, balanced white illumination helps you see the road surface and its edges. Choose the beam that suits the conditions.

Even light. Smooth transitions.

Move between low and high beam with a balanced lighting pattern and responsive LED switching.

Original low- and high-beam examples. Appearance depends on vehicle aim, camera exposure and conditions.

A defined cutoff.
A more considered beam.

The Z-shaped low-beam cutoff creates a clear upper edge to the light pattern. Correct aiming helps keep useful light on the road and control glare toward oncoming traffic.

High beam opens up the central field for longer forward visibility when the road is clear. Recheck aiming after changes to ride height or vehicle load.

Low beam above; high beam below. Supplied beam illustration, not a measured photometric chart.

03 / FOUR FUNCTIONS, CLEARLY DEFINED

White for the road.
Amber for your next move.

One integrated assembly handles forward lighting, a white daytime signature and amber turn indication. The four views show each function in the same headlight.

TOP LEFT

TOP RIGHT

Low beam

BOTTOM RIGHT

Top: high / low beam. Bottom: white DRL / amber turn indication.

A SIGNAL THAT BELONGS TO THE DESIGN

A clean signature.
A clear indication.

The white daytime running light switches to amber flashing for turn indication, then returns to white when signaling ends.

The result is a coordinated front-end detail with a clear purpose every time you indicate.

Connect the dedicated DRL and turn leads as instructed to enable these functions. The product’s amber state is turn indication.

04 / PROTECTION FOR CHANGING CONDITIONS

Built for more
than a dry forecast.

Rain on the commute. Dust along the trail. Cold starts after a night outdoors. Sealed construction helps protect the lighting components through everyday road and trail exposure.

  • IP67 water & dust protection. The published rating supports the lamp’s resistance to water ingress and dust.
  • Cold and heat tolerance.Listed operating range: −25°C to 65°C. Check seals and connections after demanding conditions.
  • Ready for vibration and road debris.A durable assembly and protective lens serve the demands of daily driving and uneven surfaces.

Protect wiring connections during installation. Avoid prolonged submersion and direct high-pressure washing.

IP67 is the published protection rating. This supplied artwork illustrates weather exposure.

05 / THE DETAILS BEHIND THE LIGHT

Manage moisture.
Move heat away.

The rear vent design helps release moisture, while the housing’s cooling surfaces help manage LED temperature. Together, they support clear optics and consistent light output over time.

01

Venting that helps reduce fogging.

Moisture-release vents help manage condensation. They do not guarantee a permanently fog-free lamp in every climate.

02

A protective lens up front.

The polycarbonate front lens helps resist scratches and outdoor debris. The listed optical construction uses PMMA and PC materials.

03

Heat management for lasting use.

The finned rear profile increases cooling surface area. The published LED service-life estimate is over 50,000 hours.

06 / UNDERSTAND THE INSTALL BEFORE YOU START

See the fit.
Follow the connections.

Watch the original LED Factory Mart installation video, then use the connector and dimension guide below to plan your upgrade.

  1. 01 / CHECK

    Match your Jeep.

Check the model, original headlight connector and mounting points before removing the existing lamps.

  2. 02 / CONNECT

    Plug in the main lights.

The main connector handles high beam, low beam and ground.

  3. 03 / ENABLE

    Connect DRL and turn.

Use the separate function leads and supplied instructions for the white DRL and amber signal.

  4. 04 / TEST & AIM

    Finish with alignment.

Test every function, secure the wiring and set the beam aim for your Jeep’s ride height.

A main plug.
Dedicated function leads.

The supplied diagram separates the high / low beam connector from the DRL and turn-signal wires. Main-light plug-in installation still includes connections for those extra functions.

The front, mounting-ear height and side depth are shown together so you can check clearance before fitting.

Electrical compatibility is built in.

Listed CANBUS compatibility, voltage regulation and anti-flicker circuitry help support stable operation. If a warning or flicker remains, check the power, ground and connections before contacting support.

The original guide lists approximately 1–2 hours for typical installation; experience and vehicle modifications affect the time required.

09 / DETAILS WORTH KNOWING

Clear answers.
Practical support.

Why replace the complete headlight assembly?
This upgrade brings projector optics, white DRL and amber turn indication together in a purpose-built 9-inch assembly. It is designed to improve light distribution and refresh the front-end appearance compared with a basic halogen setup.
How do the white DRL and amber signal work?
Once the dedicated leads are connected, white DRL changes to amber flashing during a turn indication, then returns to white. Follow the original installation instructions for the function connections.
Is installation entirely plug-and-play?
The high / low beams use the main vehicle-style plug. The supplied diagram also shows separate DRL and turn leads, so enabling all functions includes those additional connections. Check connector compatibility and follow the included manual.
How do I control glare after fitting?
Set the low-beam aim after installation and after changes to vehicle height or load. The defined cutoff helps control light above the road, but correct aim is essential. Use high beam only when appropriate for the conditions and other road users.
What if I notice fogging, flicker or an error?
Check seals, vent condition and wiring connections. For electrical issues, check power, ground and the specified 9–16V supply. Built-in anti-flicker provisions help, but persistent issues should be reviewed with support before adding modules.
Can I use these with other auxiliary lights?
Plan additional high-current accessories with appropriate relays, fusing and wiring capacity. Do not assume a headlight connection can power unrelated auxiliary lighting.
Are road-use markings listed?
The product specification lists DOT / E-mark; the original feature list also mentions SAE. Confirm the markings and requirements for your location. Product listing language is not a blanket guarantee of approval in every region.
What about shipping, returns and warranty?
Tracking is provided after shipment. See the current shipping policy for delivery details. The product carries a 2-year warranty; returns follow the store’s 30-day policy and applicable conditions. Contact support for fitment or installation help.
