1. What vehicles does this roof rack fit?
The currently verified application is the 2020–2025 Jeep Gladiator JT equipped with the factory hardtop. Wrangler JL and JLU compatibility should not be listed until the mounting dimensions and brackets have been physically verified.
2. Does it fit a Jeep Gladiator with a soft top?
No. This roof rack is designed to clamp onto the rain gutters of the factory hardtop. It is not intended for soft-top vehicles or vehicles without compatible hardtop rain gutters.
3. What is the load capacity?
The rack has been tested to a 330 lb dynamic off-road load rating, or the vehicle’s rain-gutter load capacity, whichever is lower. Always follow the lowest applicable limit for the rack, hardtop, rain gutters, and vehicle.
4. Can I install a rooftop tent?
Yes. The adjustable T-slot slats can support compatible rooftop-tent mounting hardware. The combined weight of the tent, mounting hardware, passengers, and cargo must remain within all applicable rack and vehicle limits.
5. Can the front and rear sections be installed separately?
Yes. The front and rear rack sections can be installed independently or together. This modular layout lets you configure the roof around your cargo, lighting, awning, or rooftop-tent setup.
6. Can the six crossbars be repositioned?
Yes. The six internal floor slats slide within the side-rail channels, allowing their positions to be adjusted for different cargo sizes and accessory mounting points. Tighten all hardware after completing the adjustment.
7. What accessories can be mounted to the rack?
The T-slots can accept compatible hardware for cargo boxes, water tanks, rooftop tents, side awnings, kayak carriers, bicycle racks, recovery equipment, work lights, and other overland accessories.
8. Can I add a light bar or work lights?
Yes. The rack provides mounting locations for compatible front light bars, pod lights, and side-facing work lights. Lights, brackets, wiring harnesses, switches, and T-slot hardware may be sold separately.
9. Does installation require drilling?
The rack uses clamp-on brackets that secure to the factory hardtop rain gutters. Drilling into the hardtop is not intended. Check the position of every clamp and pad before fully tightening the hardware.
10. Will the mounting clamps scratch the hardtop?
Large and small EVA pads are placed between the mounting components and the hardtop to help prevent direct metal contact and surface scratches. Clean the contact areas before installation so trapped dirt does not damage the finish.
11. How does the rack reduce pressure on the rain gutters?
The mounting bases provide a broader contact area across the hardtop. This helps distribute the rack load more evenly instead of concentrating all pressure at a small point on the rain gutter.
12. Does the wind fairing eliminate wind noise?
No roof rack can guarantee complete elimination of wind noise. The integrated front metal fairing helps direct airflow over the rack and reduce turbulence. Noise levels can still vary with vehicle speed, cargo, lights, tents, and accessory placement.
13. How high does the rack sit above the roof?
The rack sits less than approximately 60 mm, or 2.36 inches, above the roof. Its low-profile layout keeps it closer to the vehicle and helps reduce unnecessary aerodynamic drag and overall vehicle height.
14. How will my order be shipped and what payment methods are accepted?
Unless a product-specific estimate is displayed, orders are normally processed within 3–7 days and shipped within approximately 14–30 days. Most orders ship from California by express carrier or logistics service, and tracking is sent by email.
Available checkout methods may include PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Maestro, Diners Club, and Klarna where available. Shipping is currently limited to the continental United States and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
15. What are the return and warranty terms?
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 45 days of delivery when they remain unopened, uninstalled, unused, and in their original packaging. Roof racks may be subject to a restocking fee based on product size, weight, and condition. Customer-requested returns are normally responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
